CHEF MARTA PULINI

Throughout her career, Sabrina Lazzareschi, Art Director of 2S Food Production, has managed and created events for some of the biggest companies across various sectors, including, just to name a few, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, Ferragamo, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Cartier, Bulgari, Chopard, Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, Google, Yoox, and many others. She has developed pop-up restaurant formats for Tom Dixon, Airbnb, and Tommy Hilfiger; helped launch restaurants such as La Franceschetta in collaboration with Massimo Bottura and Marta Pulini, and the restaurant Marta in partnership with Rossana Orlandi. She has worked in service roles with many of the top chefs including Bottura, Bartolini, Uliassi, Canavacciuolo, and Oldani. Sabrina has organized food installations for the Venice Biennale and artists like Lorenzo Queen and Gaetano Pesce, as well as managed catering operations for Casa Italia at the 2012 London Olympics. “It was with Sabrina Lazzareschi and Marta Pulini that, more than twenty years ago and ahead of their time, catering was transformed into a true food experience.”

"My approach to creating a gastronomic event is to combine mindful knowledge of food with the scenography of its presentation. It’s not about simply ‘decorating’ the table or buffet, but about presenting food in a way that respects its fragility, aroma, and essence, while dressing it according to the aesthetic parameters of the surrounding context. This applies not only to haute-couture events, but also to the daily reality of a restaurant, hotel, or even the smallest bar, where it is entirely possible to design and maintain a high aesthetic standard for food and its supporting elements, despite the constraints of routine. At the same time, it is essential to stand out from the competition, which until now has focused solely on what’s inside the plate"
