knIndustrie Autumn Table 2023

The project (kn tables) is a path of creative interpretation tied to the new concept of conviviality which the company wishes to express, where the mix of products,
supported by a theme tied to the 4 seasonality’s (spring, summer, autumn and Christmas) leaves space to the creation of new interpretations of the table.
Therefore, on the table, knIndustrie products become protagonists of every experience dedicated to the presentation and to the fruition of food.
The functional element of cooking elegantly enters into the “table space”, at the service of guests.

Autumn vibes

The golden reflections of summer lengthen until they become distant memories, to make room for autumn colours, such as the intensity of bronze,
the depth of browns and the shades of vermilion and purple, the liveliness of orange.
The mild breeze becomes more crisp and invites us to admire the beauty of nature in front of a crackling fireplace, surrounded by an atmosphere of warmth and conviviality. Autumn evenings make us rediscover the pleasure of spending more time with family and friends, in a country house, sitting around a table to enjoy the aromas and flavors that this season offers.

The ingredients to compose the menu are picked from the home garden, a source of inspiration for setting the table too, animated by the warm colors of the forest and the fruits that the earth gives, such as the pumpkin with its vitamin colour, the green and the yellow of grapes, the intense red of pomegranates. Chestnuts and walnuts can become decorative objects and be used as accompaniments for dishes. Nature is not only outside, but also inside the plate.

The Essenze gastronomic centrepiece, with its walnut top, is perfect for arranging different types of mature and blue cheeses, to be placed in the center for the entire duration of the dinner or lunch. A dense and tasty pumpkin purée captures the attention of diners served in the transparency of the Glass Pot, placed on the S/lab cutting board in larch wood and steel, while the scent of polenta begins to spread into the environment, to be brought to the table directly in the pot.

Everything is ready for the second course, where slow cooking gives the flavor of stews and seasonal vegetables to be paired with sauces and full-bodied red wines. The crockery used, in their total white whiteness, also available on request with personalized decorations, enhances the intense colors of the dishes and the Mule copper glasses shine in a thousand reflections.
