A dinner for two, inspired by the wholesome and energetic “smørrebrød” cuisine, evoking the traditions of northern fishermen, consisting mainly of delicious pieces of dark rye bread, enriched with a variety of toppings ranging from meat, fish, cold cuts to exquisite cheeses served on the gastronomic centrepiece with a travertine top that contributes to enhancing the vibrant colours of the ingredients, transforming the meal into a lively palette.
