All KN products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty from the date of delivery. If you wish to submit a claim regarding a KN product, please contact us info@knindustrie.it and include a clear description of the issue. Please attach photos of the product showing the defect and provide your address, phone number, as well as the date and place of purchase and the name of the retailer. For returns or replacements of products purchased from a physical store or an authorized KN retailer, we kindly ask you to contact the store where the purchase was made. Our warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized retailers. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
